Weight Management Services

Obesity is a chronic and progressive disease caused by a combination of environmental, behavioral and genetic factors.  As a result, it is a disease that is difficult to control, especially on your own.  Our goal is to help you lose weight and keep it off.

Our medical staff, registered dietitians and therapists work together to customize a safe and effective plan for each person, because we know that everyone struggles for different reasons.

We offer one-on-one nutrition counseling with an experienced registered dietitian who will tailor an eating program that works for your lifestyle and health conditions.  We also offer group visits for those who desire more structure and decision-free options.  Our goal is to be flexible and understand the many stressors and challenges you may face while trying to maintain a healthy diet.

Our board-certified obesity medicine physician is highly experience in the use of FDA-approved weight loss medication and, if appropriate, will discuss options at your first visit.

Individual counseling and group sessions will also be provided to address topics such as stress eating, binge eating, body image issues, anxiety, and depression.
