Our award–winning HMR® weight management program has been helping people lose weight and keep it off since 1987, and we have been a part of Winchester Hospital since 1999.

Registered Dietitians and other health professionals provide a comprehensive approach to weight loss.

  • Decision Free® Diet – The most structured meal replacement plan. Choose from a variety of nutritious HMR shakes, multigrain cereal, soup, pudding and entrees.
  • Healthy Solutions® Diet – Lose weight by combining the HMR shakes, multigrain cereal, soup, pudding and entrees with vegetables and fruits.
  • Healthy Shakes® – Use HMR shakes, soup, cereal, pudding and a sensible meal of lean protein, whole grain, and vegetables.

Diet plans include weekly education classes with a registered dietician that provide support, accountability and follow-up from our team of registered dietitians. Individual visits also can be arranged.

HMR At Home

Lose weight on your own at home with a HMR diet kit. The kit includes all of the HMR foods and support materials you will need to be successful. Free phone coaching is provided.
